Membrane venting technology in the fore-foot area, developed by BD, guarantees uncomplicated handling and fast customization of the foam liners. Based on an innovative alternative to hoses/tubes in the fore-foot area, the BD quick foam method is applicable for all ski boot types/constructs. Self-regulating foam and the use of a pressure reducing system guarantee a problem free fabrication for ski boots of every level of stiffness.

A partial under foaming of the liner base allows for optimal stability and an consistent transition from footbed to foot.
